Jack Green pens 'chin down, flat back' on his arm ... - BBC World News

Most people have to resort to it occasionally, but it was strange to see young Team GB star Jack Green writing notes on his arm to remember his race strategy. Green had a quick glance at the words before the start gun was fired ? then powered to victory in a personal best of 45.99secs. It topped off an impressive weekend for Green, who also recorded a personal best of 48.60secs in the 400metre hurdle, finishing behind London 2012 gold medal favourite Dai Greene. Green?s Twitter biog reads that he is ?rumoured to have two hearts and four lungs? and maybe he?ll need a third arm to allow enough room for notes at his various events at Olympics. The 20-year-old is set to compete in the 400metres, 4x400metre relay and 400metre hurdles in London this summer.
